Wilbur was one of four Rayth bound by Kesandru to Brie Meighsaton House. Wilbur was the "Freeor", charged with releasing the spirits imprisoned within the Well of Ghosts to return Kesandru to the material world.
When the house became trapped in the Never, Riff used explosives to free Wilbur. Riff instructed Wilbur to release the spirits, but he was unable to act without orders from Kesandru. Riff forced the ghost of Kesandru's daughter, Brie Meighsaton, to give the orders in his place. Wilbur returned to Sluggy Prime along with the rest of the cast.
