Guadalupe "Lupae" Indahed is an unlicenced psychiatrist in the town of Podunkton[1].
She was previously in a relationship with Jeremiah Finster, until he was killed by Oasis. Hopeful for relief from the danger that Oasis represents to her, she tells the "reporter" Nash Straw about what Oasis has done, having figured out her secret due to her therapy sessions with Kareen Zalia. Lupae is killed by Nash when she reveals that she knows he is not telling the truth about his identity.
